TOTEME is looking for a Retail Training & Excellence Manager to join our team full-time in Stockholm. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing training programs to enhance the knowledge, skills, and performance of retail teams. Your goal is to ensure an exceptional customer experience that aligns with TOTEME’s standards. This role is crucial in maintaining a culture of excellence and driving sales performance by analysing key KPIs, empowering employees with in-depth product knowledge, refining selling techniques, and elevating the client experience. You will report to the Head of Retail.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs covering onboarding, product knowledge, client experience, and sales techniques.
  • Continuously refine training content to reflect new product launches and collections, brand evolution, and customer insights.
  • Lead engaging, market-specific training sessions through workshops, coaching, and digital learning tools.
  • Conduct regular assessments to ensure knowledge retention and application in-store.
  • Identify performance gaps and develop targeted learning initiatives to enhance team capabilities.
  • Mentor and develop in-store training ambassadors to become brand experts.
  • Collaborate closely with Buying, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure training programs align with business objectives and brand messaging.
  • Stay informed of luxury retail trends, best practices, and client behavior insights to continuously elevate training strategies.
  • Participate in and contribute to TOTEME’s social and environmental sustainability strategy.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in retail training, preferably within luxury fashion.
  • Strong knowledge of luxury service standards and retail excellence principles.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and coaching skills.
  • Strategic and forward-thinking, with the ability to align training initiatives with business goals.
  • Proficiency in digital learning tools is a plus.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.

This is a full-time position based at TOTEME's headquarters in Stockholm, starting as soon as possible.
