Returns policy

• Every piece that you wish to return must be registered via the link above. 
• ‘Final Sale’ items may not be returned or exchanged.

• A return fee of $10 will be deducted from your refund.
• All returns must be shipped back to us within 14 days of delivery. This applies for full-priced and sale pieces.
• All pieces must be returned in their original condition, with all tags attached. Worn pieces will not be accepted for return.
• Shoes must be tried on a carpet surface until you have decided to keep them, and returned with the shoe box included.
• Swimwear must be tried on over your underwear, with the adhesive strip attached.
• When shipping your return, make sure the parcel is securely sealed, to avoid any damage.
• We will refund your return within 14 business days of receiving it at the warehouse, back to the same card/account you used when placing your order. Please note, the initial shipping fee will not be refunded.
• We don’t accept returns or claims of TOTEME pieces bought from other retailers or second hand sites.
• Orders and returns processing may take longer during busy periods.

In-store returns

Full price orders placed on toteme.com can also be returned in a TOTEME store within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition with all packaging and tags attached. Returns are not accepted at department stores or third-party retailers.

Please note that sale items purchased online cannot be returned in store.

If you want to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return it and place a new order.

If you think your order is damaged or faulty please reach out to shop@toteme-studio.com with your order number and photographs showing the issue.

All Sales Final.
No refunds. Exchange or store credit only, where applicable.
Exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of the purchase date. All pieces must be returned in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Shoes must be returned with the original shoe box. Swimwear must be returned with the hygienic adhesive strip attached. The original receipt must accompany all returns.
