Returns
Our 14-day returns policy begins on the day you receive your order and applies to both full-price and sale items. Please note that if you are located in the Netherlands, Germany, UK or Denmark, a return fee of €10 / £10 / 100 DKK will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
If you want to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return it and place a new order.
