Store Production Coordinator

TOTEME is looking for a Store Production Coordinator to join our team in Stockholm on full-time. In this role you will be working with store design and be responsible for production timings and shipping to make sure deliveries are on time. You will have daily contact with suppliers to manage ongoing orders, stock levels and production forecasts. You will report to the Store Design and Development Director and work closely with our Commercial department.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create production plans by establishing priorities, monitoring progress,
revising schedules, and resolving problems. - Keep track of stock levels and forecast quantities for new orders.
- Negotiating timelines and deliveries with suppliers.
- Create necessary shipping documents, book and track shipments for efficient
and well organized processes. - Daily contact with Commercial teams and other internal stakeholders.
- Close collaboration with the Finance team to keep track of invoices.
- Participate in and contribute to TOTEME’s social and environmental sustainability strategy.
YOUR PROFILE
- Experience in production management, logistics and/or international shipping
- Ability to keep track of a large scale of productions and shipments at once.
- Business minded with great negotiation skills.
- Project managerial skills are appreciated.
- Fluent in spoken and written English

This is a full-time position based at TOTEME's HQ with an immediate start.
