WOOL
WASHING AND DRYING
Wool is naturally antibacterial and doesn’t require frequent cleaning. Air, steam, or hand-wash gently for a few minutes in cold water using a mild detergent. Do not rub the fabric.
To dry, press out water and lay flat on a clean white towel at room temperature, away from direct sunlight. Do not hang, tumble-dry, or iron, as this may damage the fabric.
PILLING
Wool is a natural fiber and may pill over time. Wash inside-out to avoid pilling. If pills do appear, do not remove them with your fingers or a razor — use a wool comb instead.
STAIN REMOVAL
Spot-treat stains by running the stain under cold water. Apply bleach-free stain remover and wash it off with cold water again. Do not rub the stain remover in, as this may damage the fabric.
STORING
Keep knits folded on a shelf to prevent stretching, with a piece of cedarwood nearby to repel moths. Wool jackets, trousers and tailoring can be hung on sturdy structured hangers. Always clean your clothes before storing them.
