TOTEME was founded in 2014 by Elin Kling and Karl Lindman. From the atelier in Stockholm, we create collections spanning ready-to-wear, shoes, bags, accessories and jewelry.


TOTEME is looking for a full-time Junior Digital Merchandiser to join the Ecommerce team, either based in Stockholm or New York. In this role, you will support the execution and optimisation of digital merchandising initiatives across TOTEME’s global ecommerce business.

As part of the Ecommerce team team, you will work closely with Merchandising, Buying, Planning, Supply Chain, CRM, Marketing and Digital Creative teams to deliver a premium site experience, support commercial performance and execute digital merchandising strategies across key markets. You will play a key role in trading, reporting, customer engagement and commercial initiatives, while contributing to the growth and performance of TOTEME’s digital business and product storytelling.



RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive digital merchandising execution across TOTEME’s global ecomm business, ensuring strong product focus, commercial storytelling and a premium customer experience across site and customer touchpoints

  • Monitor and analyse digital performance across key KPIs, customer behaviors and market trends, translating insights into actionable recommendations that support conversion, engagement and sales growth.

  • Support performance analysis, commercial insights and stakeholder updates, helping to identify opportunities, risks and areas for optimisation.

  • Support the planning, execution and evaluation of commercial initiatives, including category growth strategies, A/B testing, markdown activities and other initiatives that drive business performance.

  • Collaborate closely with Buying, CRM, Paid Marketing, Creative and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment around product priorities, sell thru, customer communication and commercial objectives

  • Participate in and contribute to TOTEME’s social and environmental sustainability strategy.



YOUR PROFILE

    • 1-3 years of experience within e-commerce, digital merchandising, buying, merchandising or related field

    • Strong analytical skills with experience working with digital KPIs and performance reporting

    • Experience using analytics and reporting platforms such as GA4, Qlik or similar tools

    • Understanding of key e-commerce metrics including traffic, conversion, engagement and sales performance

    • Strong commercial awareness and interest in customer behaviour and digital merchandising

    • Ability to translate insights into actions and recommendations

    • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

    • Experience within luxury, fashion or designer brands

    This is a full-time position based at TOTEME’s headquarters in Stockholm or New York with start upon agreement.

    TOTEME has teams in Stockholm, London, New York, and Shanghai, as well as retail spaces across Europe, North America, and Asia.
