RETURN POLICY

• ‘Final Sale’ items may not be returned or exchanged.

• A return fee of $10 will be deducted from your refund.

• Returned items must be shipped back to us within 14 days of delivery. This also applies to full-price and sale items.

• All items must be returned in original condition, including all tags. Worn pieces will not be accepted.

• Shoes must be tried on a clean surface and returned with original packaging.

• Swimwear must be tried on over your underwear, with the adhesive strip attached.

• When shipping your return, make sure the parcel is securely sealed to avoid damages.

• Upon receiving your returned items at our warehouse, we will refund you within 14 business days using the same card/account you used to place your order. Please note the initial shipping fee will not be refunded.

• We do not accept returns or claims for TOTEME items bought from other retailers or second-hand retailers.


• Returns processing may take longer during busy periods.

Extended returns


Orders placed between November 18 and December 23 may be returned until January 10.

EXCHANGES

If you want to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return it and place a new order.

CLAIMS

If you think your item(s) is/are damaged or faulty, please reach out to clientservices@toteme-studio.com with your order number and photographs showing the issue.
